Taily started from frustration. Retail runs on data that has to move between parties, and that flow is arranged nowhere. Those who do arrange it pay thousands per connection to vendors with an interest in keeping it complicated. We think it can be different: one network that everything passes through, configured by you.

Our mission

One network that actually helps everyone.

We want to turn the fragmented world of suppliers and retailers into one automated network where everybody finds each other effortlessly. Large or small, connected or not, whichever system you run: you belong in it.

A multibrand retailer works with dozens of suppliers, each with their own files and formats. Getting that data straight by hand costs hours and regularly goes wrong. Taily processes orders, stock and product data from every supplier and puts it correctly into your existing POS and webshop, connection or no connection.

Where we stand

A connection is not a product. It is plumbing.

It should just work, it should not be a project per trading partner, and it should not depend on a consultant. Until that is true, half of European retail keeps retyping article data by hand, exactly the work nobody wants to be called about.

No consultant, no configuration invoice. We switch a new supplier on, or you do it yourself, and either way it can be the same day.

We never ask whether a supplier can change their export. If it is readable, we read it.
